Marshall is a sweet, playful young pup ready for his forever home. At just a year old, he has the perfect mix of energy and affection. He loves being part of family life - playing with kids, hanging out with other dogs, or just being near his people.

In his foster home, Marshall lives with three children and adores them. He may bark a little when meeting someone new, but he quickly warms up and leans into love. He enjoys the company of other dogs and would be happiest with a canine friend. Smaller pets are too exciting for him, so a home without critters like ferrets, rabbits, or birds is most ideal.

Marshall sleeps soundly in his crate at night, snuggled up with his favorite zebra stuffy. During the day he can struggle with separation anxiety if left alone too long, so he’ll do best in a home where someone is around often or willing to work with him on building his confidence.

House training is coming along well - he does most of his business outside and continues to improve. On leash, Marshall walks very well with just a bit of pulling. He loves chew toys, playtime with other dogs, and being included in whatever his people are doing. Car rides make him nervous, but with patience he can learn that the car leads to fun adventures.

When it comes to food, Marshall eats kibble at set times and enjoys a little cheese or wet food mixed in. He isn’t possessive with food or his crate, though he does like to keep his toys close.

Marshall’s ideal home would include a fenced yard, kids to adore, and another friendly dog. He’s not a couch potato, but he isn’t over-the-top either, energy-wise. Daily walks, play, and companionship will keep him happy and balanced.

This sweet boy is ready to shower his forever family with love and joy. Could that be you?
