You application is a very important part of our approval process - please provide as much detail as possible about yourself, your lifestyle and your family so we can make the best furever match for you!
If we move forward with your application, one of our volunteers will contact you. Please be sure to check your email inbox and spam folder!
Online applications are submitted immediately. To submit a print application, please scan or take photos of each page and send to 4k9.crusaders@gmail.com. It may take several days to receive confirmation of receipt.
