At just a year old, Brady is a bright, active little guy with so much potential and an enormous heart waiting to shine. While he can be nervous when meeting new people, especially if approached too quickly, once he learns to trust you, he becomes deeply affectionate and loyal.

 

Brady forms strong bonds with his people and would love a patient adopter who understands that slow introductions and gentle handling are the key to helping him feel safe.

 

Brady enjoys the company of other dogs and has done very well with the dogs in his foster home. He hasn’t been tested with cats or farm animals yet. Because sudden movements can startle him, he would do best in a quieter home with older, respectful children who understand how to give him space while he settles in.

 

This handsome boy loves being outdoors, going for walks, and spending time with his humans. He walks beautifully on leash using a harness and is incredibly smart - he has already mastered the household routine and knows exactly when mealtime rolls around!

Brady will need regular and frequent brushing and/or professional grooming to keep his stunning coat free of painful knots and looking its very best.

 

His foster family believes he would excel at agility or other fun training activities thanks to his intelligence and eagerness to learn. Brady is house-trained and prefers going outside. He’s not destructive in the home, but he does struggle with being left alone and can bark when separated from his people. He also has a bit of a “velcro dog” personality and would thrive with someone home often who wants a close companion by their side.

 

His ideal forever home would include a secure fenced yard, a calm environment, and adopters willing to continue building his confidence. Whether with a senior, single person, or quieter family, Brady is looking for someone who will give him the patience and love he needs to truly blossom.
