Meet Anakin!

 

Anakin is a loving, loyal companion who may need a little time to feel comfortable…but once he trusts you, he becomes an affectionate and devoted sidekick.

 

He enjoys walks, running and outdoor adventures, but is also happy relaxing beside his favourite person. Anakin is house trained, non-destructive when left alone and loves his crate as a cozy safe space. 

 

Anakin lives peacefully with a cat and enjoys meeting other dogs. He could thrive with a friendly canine companion or as your one-and-only, provided his family is home often.

 

Anakin’s ideal home will be patient and understanding. New environments can make him nervous, so he needs space to decompress and approach people on his own terms. After a day or two to settle in, his affectionate personality shines through.

 

Because he can feel overwhelmed when pressured, an adult home without small children would be best. A fenced yard would be wonderful, though an active family committed to regular walks could also be a great match.

 

If you’re willing to let Anakin take things at his own pace, he’ll reward you with trust, companionship and plenty of love.
